my advise wud b dat u get on da internet and search for mixin n masterin tutorial videos or stuff like dat.. stick to adobe audition (altho i prefer cool edit) n jz keep tryin n learn da shit out of it!!!! u try u learn...

i wanted to make it a thread where ppl can share their expertise and stuffs..not to give away that DVD shit or whatever. i dont work with mixing vocals (which is wat everyone needs to know)..or else I wud've shared abt my techniques. But I do know some stuff abt mixing beats..not awhole lot..which i can share w/ u...if a particular question is asked.

ok i fnally got the shipped dvd in my hand. i glanced through it and it's basically a recording of a live seminar that he did with bunch of producers/musicians and stuffs. (it's 1annd half hour long) and covered a loot of topics in that very short time. it's not for beginners though so u need to already know some stuff abt compression, dynamic ranges, attacks, recording setting to eliminate the noise, filers, eq, "kobe compressor", etc. etc.
I'll share some tips here after I go through the whole thing sometimes. The dvd is 4 gb in size, so I am not uploading it anywhere online.

This guy is brilliant. If anyone is trying to learn how to play keyboards or about music theory, then stop searching and watch his videos. He got stuffs for EVERYONE...beginners to pro/advanced guys. His Music Theory lessons are particularly right on point and just amazing.
