they{R.I.S.} didn't seem to publicize much about this hence,their percentage is low.

anyway,The next nomination[June] starts at the day when the may results will be out i.e.15th July!...After that the votings for June will start and will continue till august 15th and the cycle will go on,succeeding with July.
FRB and DeshiRhymes.com selects the songs for the month's charts so that's how it goes there initially.But moreover it is advisory to release more and more tracks so that you have a better chance of appearing on the charts sooner or later.
