Tournament Guildelines

I think 24 is a good number.

With the text battle, it was a matter of first come, first serve. That's why you had some weak lyricists and biters in the mix.

With this format, and the pre-submittal of tracks, we know who's whack, and who's not. So enough people will apply for us to pull out 24 good MCs.
If it's possible...I would even recommend 32 so that there can be a proper semi-final format.

If quantity DOES become an issue, then roll with 16?

i reckon less wud be better man...think about it...perhaps 12 or mayb 16..dat'll take lyk a month 2 finish...24 is 2 much...

Just my input:

No matter when he date is changed to, it will, inevitably, be inconvenient for someone or the other. This is not something that will take a month for you to do. The preparation for this can be done away from home even. Brainstorm on your topic, how you want to deliver your track, and practice wherever you can. Honestly, record deals won't negotiate their dates to your convenience. You have to be vigilant in getting shit done, it's a time management skill. And this juggling of priorities will test you, as individuals, to determine how ready you are to work under pressure.

I'm just saying. This isn't something you've got to spend months preparing for. A couple solid hours is good enough. We can wait, the world of music will not.

Yeah comon guys, this wont be too bad.. You have more than 1 month to submit a demo song for the contest... As long as you submit your song before January 20th, you will be fine! So let's get this rolling already... I dont think people would have too much of a problem with a Jan 20th Deadline... right?

I kno I dont. Submittin da modafuckin demo wont be a biggie but da probs starts in da actual battle. Cuz I gt ma xams 2 u kno. Hope dat i cud manage time fr dese shit when ma xams start.

bascially, the battles wont start before Feb 1st...

ppl will submit demos till Jan 20th... n then the battles start after 10 days on Feb 1st

It was a joke F.L.O, because Raf said "for the most talented emcee's on Bangladesh". And technically speaking, you are not in Bangladesh, you are in England. Therefore you are not allowed, but being a Bangladeshi i guess you should be allowed. But whats the point of you being in it? You have had songs produced by Raf before. And IF you still choose to get involved, you should do what Mr.MR does, i.e. promise to give the prize to the runner up if you finish first. However, the problem is, on your way to the final you may knock out some other emcee's who would have been better than the eventual runner up.

Just my two cents.
